Acceptable Use Policy

SipWrap is for creating original, decorative designs for drinkware and similar products. This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every prompt, image and file you create with SipWrap.

1. Not allowed

Sexual and adult content

• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, fetish content, or “NSFW” material of any kind.
• Any sexualised content involving minors, or content that appears to involve minors. This is strictly forbidden, leads to immediate account closure, and will be reported to the authorities where required.

Real people and faces

• Images of real, identifiable people, including celebrities, public figures, politicians or private individuals.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, face manipulation, or uploading someone’s photo to put them in a design. SipWrap does not offer these features.

Other people’s intellectual property

• Trademarks, brand names and logos, including drinkware brands, fashion houses and sports leagues and teams.
• Copyrighted or trademarked characters from films, TV, games, comics and cartoons, and designs made to look like them.
• Copying a specific artwork, or a living artist’s signature work, in order to pass it off as theirs.

Harmful and illegal content

• Hate speech or symbols, or content that harasses or demeans people based on protected characteristics.
• Graphic violence or gore, terrorism or violent extremism, or content promoting self-harm.
• Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or other illegal activity.
• Misleading content, such as fake official seals or counterfeit product labels.

Misuse of the Service

• Trying to get around our filters, for example with misspellings, coded words or step-by-step workarounds.
• Creating multiple accounts to get extra free credits, automated or bulk access without permission, or reselling access.

2. Allowed and encouraged

• Original patterns: florals, watercolor, abstract, geometric, animal prints, landscapes, seasonal and holiday themes.
• Generic text and phrases you have the right to use, and themes for jobs and hobbies, such as “teacher appreciation” or “coffee lover”.
• Designs for products you sell, as long as they follow this policy.

3. How we enforce this policy

• Every prompt is screened automatically before any image is generated, using a third-party moderation service plus our own list of blocked terms, such as brand and character names. Blocked prompts don’t use a credit.
• We may review flagged content, remove Outputs, and limit, suspend or close accounts that break this policy.
• Filters aren’t perfect. You remain responsible for what you request, download and sell.

4. Reporting

If you believe content made with SipWrap infringes your rights or breaks this policy, email hello@sipwrap.com with details. We reply within 3 business days.
