1. Who handles payments
Purchases of SipWrap will be processed by Creem, which acts as our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for your purchase, and Creem issues all refunds to your original payment method. Your receipt comes from Creem. Please contact us first. We handle your request and ask Creem to process the refund.
2. Starter Pack (one-time, $9)
- Within 14 days of purchase, no credits used: full refund.
- Within 14 days, some credits used: we refund the unused credits pro rata. Example: if you used 10 of 40 credits, we refund 30/40 of the price you paid.
- After 14 days: purchases are generally non-refundable, but credits don’t expire while the service is running, so you can keep using them.
3. Pro subscription ($15/month)
- You can cancel anytime from your account or the Creem customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Within 14 days of any monthly charge: you can ask for a refund of the unused credits from that billing period, pro rata. If you haven’t used any credits from that period, we refund the full charge.
- If you forgot to cancel and haven’t used the renewed month, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it.
4. Failed or defective generations
If a generation fails, or the file is technically defective (for example, a visible seam, wrong dimensions or a corrupted file), we restore the credit. If the problem can’t be fixed, we refund it, whenever it happened. Just email us with the details. Not liking the artistic style of a result isn’t a defect, but it is covered by the 14-day unused-credit refund above.
5. How to request a refund
- Email hello@sipwrap.com from the email address you used to buy. Include your Creem order ID or receipt, and a short reason.
- We reply within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
If we don’t respond, you can also contact Creem through the details on your receipt.
6. When refunds may be refused
We may refuse refunds for accounts closed for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or where there are clear signs of abuse, such as repeated buy-use-refund cycles, to the extent the law allows.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including the rights described in Creem’s buyer terms. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. That right can end once you have expressly agreed to start using the digital content, for example by using a credit. Our 14-day unused-credit refund applies either way.
