1. Who we are
SipWrap (“SipWrap”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Liu Yilong, an individual developer based in China. You can contact us at hello@sipwrap.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of sipwrap.com and the SipWrap tool (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
SipWrap is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to create decorative artwork for drinkware, such as seamless tumbler wraps. You enter a text description (a “prompt”) and choose a cup size, and the Service produces image files (“Outputs”). SipWrap is an independent product. It uses third-party AI image generation models through their APIs, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider.
Current status: the Service is in development and not open to the public yet. No paid plans are on sale. Features described on this website are what we plan to offer at launch, and they may change before then.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
- You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your login details secure.
- One free allowance per person. Creating multiple accounts to get extra free generations is not allowed.
4. Credits, payments and subscriptions
- Credits. One generation uses one credit. Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and can only be used on SipWrap.
- Plans. Prices and plan contents are shown on our Pricing page. The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase that doesn’t renew. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Unused monthly Pro credits don’t roll over.
- Merchant of record. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the Service. When you buy, you buy from Creem, and Creem’s buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Creem handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT, invoices and receipts. We don’t receive or store your full card details.
- Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or through the Creem customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- Price changes. We will tell existing subscribers by email at least 14 days before a price change takes effect. You can cancel before the change applies.
5. Content policy
You may use the Service only for lawful, decorative design work. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. In summary, you must not use the Service to request, generate or distribute:
- Sexual content: nudity, sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content of any kind, and any sexualised depiction of minors, which is strictly forbidden and will be reported where the law requires it;
- Real people: images of real, identifiable people, including celebrities and public figures. This also covers face swaps, deepfakes and face manipulation;
- Other people’s intellectual property: trademarks, brand names, logos, sports teams, trademarked or copyrighted characters, or artwork imitating a specific protected work;
- Harmful content: hateful, harassing, violent, extremist, self-harm, or otherwise illegal content;
- content that is deceptive, or that violates anyone’s privacy or other rights.
All prompts are automatically screened before generation, including through a third-party moderation service, and requests that break these rules are blocked. Automated filters can make mistakes in both directions, and you remain responsible for your prompts and for how you use Outputs.
6. AI-generated output
- Outputs are generated by AI. They may contain mistakes, artefacts or unexpected elements. Check every file before printing or selling.
- Similar prompts can produce similar results for different users. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or exclusive.
- In some countries, AI-generated images may not qualify for copyright protection.
- Colours on screen and in print differ. Printing results depend on your printer, paper, blank and process.
- Some marketplaces, such as Etsy, have rules about disclosing the use of AI. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform where you sell.
7. Your content and rights to outputs
- You keep any rights you have in your prompts.
- As between you and us, and to the extent we have any rights in them, we assign to you our rights in the Outputs you generate. You may use Outputs for personal and commercial purposes, including on products you sell, subject to these Terms and to the rights of others.
- You give us a limited licence to store and process your prompts and Outputs in order to run the Service, keep it safe, prevent abuse, and provide support. We don’t sell your prompts or Outputs, and we don’t publish them without your permission.
- The SipWrap name, logo, website and software belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes trying to get around filters or usage limits, scraping or automated bulk access without our permission, reselling access, interfering with the Service, or using it to break any law. If someone brings a claim against us because of content you requested or sold in breach of these Terms, you are responsible for that claim, to the extent the law allows.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where an account is closed for a serious breach (for example, repeated attempts to generate prohibited content), unused credits may be forfeited to the extent the law allows. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@sipwrap.com. If we shut down the Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused paid credits.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost sales. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when the Service launches or adds features. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell registered users by email before the changes take effect.
