1. Who is responsible
SipWrap is operated by Liu Yilong, an individual developer based in China, who is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@sipwrap.com.
2. This website today
SipWrap is not open yet. This website is a static information site. It has no sign-up forms, no cookies, and no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. If you email us (for example, to join early access), we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to tell you once when SipWrap opens.
3. Data we will process when the tool launches

Payments: Creem, our merchant of record, processes payments and collects your billing details directly under its own privacy policy. We receive limited information from Creem, such as your name, email, country, what you bought and a transaction ID. We never receive your full card number.
4. Legal bases
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process data to perform our contract with you (running your account and generating designs), for our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the Service), to meet legal obligations (accounting, responding to lawful requests), and with your consent where required (for example, optional marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time).
5. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service. They only process data on our instructions or under their own terms as independent controllers (for payments). Before launch, we will list them here by name. The categories are:
- website hosting, content delivery and email routing (Cloudflare);
- authentication and database hosting;
- third-party AI image generation APIs, which receive your prompts and settings, not your account details;
- content moderation (prompt screening), including Creem’s moderation service;
- payment processing and tax (Creem, merchant of record);
- transactional email delivery.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising.
6. International transfers
We are based in China and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Generated images and prompts: kept in your history for up to 30 days, then deleted, unless you delete them sooner. Blocked prompts may be kept for longer, in limited form, to prevent abuse.
- Account data: for as long as your account is open, and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
- Purchase records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Early access emails: until launch, or until you ask us to delete them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email hello@sipwrap.com. We will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies
This website uses no cookies today. When the tool launches, we will use only the cookies needed for login and security. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where required.
10. Children
SipWrap is not directed at children, and you must be 18 or older to use it. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
12. Changes
We will update this policy before launch and whenever our practices change, with a new “Last updated” date. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes.
